We're now planning to go-live with our community display in Spring of 2023 - around early May.
This will give us more time to continue making display flowers for our banners -- so please keep making items to contribute !!
ABOUT FLOWER POWER
Let's collaborate, re-energize and celebrate our community of Princess Anne! In an effort to bring ourselves together during these difficult times, we've conceived the FLOWER POWER project.
Our local crafting community will create and contribute their work - inspired by flowers and gardens - to be assembled into a community art project for public display.
This project was inspired by a group in Barley, England who created a beautiful banner of crafted flowers draped from their local church tower.
We envision a similar project where we collect and assemble crafted items from our community and assemble into several banners to be displayed in a variety of community locations.
